I bought a nice setup from these guys with 13900K and 4090 both liquid cooled. They went above and beyond to talk me through everything and ease my mind if I had any questions or concerns. The build came quickly and was done very well. I will be referring friends and family to JAJ Technologies from now on. If you are thinking about getting a computer built, this is without question the place to go.

Amazing service highly recommended! I was having problems launching games and after weeks of trying to fix it, I decided to bring it JAJ technologies to have it fixed. They fixed my computer in less than a day, they always kept me updated and explained everything to me. Now my computer is fixed thanks to them, great work! 👍🏼

My son's gaming computer build had some issues & we tried every fix recommended by the manufacturer's manual, their website, even Google & YouTube searches. We felt it was either a faulty Motherboard or Processor that had to be the cause but had no way of really testing or swapping out parts to see for sure. I called JAJ Technologies & explained the problem. They immediately knew possible causes & fixes for the issue & they had the same manufacturers or compatible parts on site that they could swap out to determine which part was faulty. I explained what the computer use was mainly for & they made recommendations based on the parts I had, indicating what would improve functionality & performance of our build without being pushy like a used car salesman or trying to upsell us. I explained how I needed this ASAP & they stayed open after hours to fix our build & get it to the point of just having to attach the monitor, keyboard & mouse & powering on. As someone who has been buying and involved with computers for a very long time I find buying a computer to be a scary place. Most places don’t know much about computers and will lie about the capabilities of the computer. These places only care about the sale and after you buy that smoke and mirrors pc you are on your own. NOT the case at JAJ!!!! This is a company that is not only vastly knowledgeable but the computers they build are second to none and I have never in any industry experienced customer service as great as with JAJ. They first spoke with me about my specific needs and about what I wanted the pc to be able to do down to the detail. From that conversation they provided options that would not only do what I needed but exceed my expectations. As a content creator and streamer my PC is top priority. I went to JAJ to build my gaming pc and was so blown away I went back to them for my streaming pc. In both cases their build and customer service blew my mind. I will NEVER buy a pc anywhere else. You hear horror stories from people who got their pc from other companies. That will never happen with JAJ the build is solid as a rock and you won’t have any worry of quality in their builds. I had no clue how to set up a dual pc setup and they were just a phone call away. If I couldn’t figure something out they were right there to walk me through every step. I’ve never experienced customer service so passionate about the consumers satisfaction. Every time I turn on my dual pc setup I am still blown away. I’ve heard so many compliments on my dual pc’s and with pride I always say it’s JAJ. Other companies are out of so many components not JAJ. My gaming pc is a 3090 when other companies didn’t even have them in stock and the few that did were price gauging. JAJ you can’t beat the price you can’t beat the build and you can’t beat their customer service. Seriously I’ll never buy a pc anywhere else.

James is an incredible human being to deal with. Friendly, willing to answer all of my questions and he did not upsell me at all. In fact, he talked me out of a more expensive, higher gpu based off of my needs that I was planning on purchasing.The build quality is astonishing. Coming from me, being incredibly picky and particular that says a lot. The computer exceeded my expectations, runs at great temperatures, it is quiet and looks stellar.If you’re in the market to purchase a quality higher end PC with excellent customer service look no further. You’ll get an extremely fair price for what you want. You can price it out individually to build it and come in at a higher price if you want to verify. Through JAJ Technologies you get customer support and factory warranties for all of the hardware in your PC. It’s truly a no brainer in my opinion.Download speeds will vary based off of your internet and hardware, but when I downloaded WoW at 75 gigs, it took about 20 minutes…pretty stinking fast!Thanks James, it’s been a pleasure.
